Job Summary: Operate the pressure washer machinery safely and effectively, to clean a variety of surfaces. Pressure washing on commercial properties and other assigned duties.
Location : 950 Montana Dr, Charlotte, NC 28216 Shift : Monday- Thursday nights 7pm-7am Job Responsibilities: - Duties include detailed deep cleaning and pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, dumpster pads, etc. for commercial parking lots and buildings.
- Must be flexible to work day or night, schedule varies
- Able to work in variable weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and work off ladder or lift.
- Equipment in great condition and training is provided.
Job Requirements: - Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record for past 3 years
- Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
- Must be flexible to work day or night, schedule varies
- Ability to travel throughout the week
