Job Overview:
Rodney Hunt is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive/Sales Assistant to support our leadership team and sales department. This role involves administrative support, sales coordination, and customer engagement to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination of business functions.
Sales Support:
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and follow-ups.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and maintain CRM records.
  • Conduct market research and assist in lead generation efforts.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and road shows.
  • Responsible for ordering and organizing company brand paraphernalia.
General Administrative Duties:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with general inquiries.
  • Fulfill business errands.
  • Maintain organized records and files for sales and executive-related documents.
  • Coordinate internal communication between teams as needed.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience 4+ years in an administrative, executive support, or sales support role preferred.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Administration, or related field (preferred).
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
  • Hours: expect 20–25 hours per week
  • 100% on-site with flexible work schedule,
  • Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour.
