Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our CEO. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and handling high-priority tasks with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is quick to adapt to changing priorities, and is comfortable working outside standard business hours to ensure seamless executive support.

### What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
- Oversee executive correspondence - Handle emails, prioritize action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a gatekeeper - Streamline workflows, resolve scheduling conflicts, and make recommendations for smoother operations.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements - Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, adjusting itineraries as needed.
- Plan and execute events - Ensure flawless event logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
- Handle expenses and recordkeeping - Reconcile expenses and maintain financial records.
- Conduct research and prepare documents - Provide essential support for decision-making and time management.
- Assist with personal tasks - Schedule personal appointments, arrange gifts, and manage personal technology.
- Be available outside regular business hours - Provide real-time updates and support when urgent matters arise.
- Maintain confidentiality - Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Adapt to evolving needs - Take on additional tasks as required.
