Springside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Pittsfield MA, is currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Executive Director (LNHA) to lead our team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers! Springside is home to friendly residents and families, served by our robust team of friendly and skilled clinicians in the heart of the Berkshires.

Requirements for the Executive Director:

• A current, unencumbered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience as an Administrator/Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveys

Job Duties for Executive Director:

• Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of our skilled nursing, long term care units and assisted living apartments.
• Maintain our focus on the organization’s resident-centered mission, vision, and long term goals.
• Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams.
• Oversee hiring and staff management.
• Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys.
• Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines.
• Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors.
