About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Talent Acquisition, a key leadership role focused on strategic and operational excellence in executive recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and elevating the executive TA team, driving the strategy to attract and select diverse top-tier executives, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This pivotal position requires a leader with a proven track record in all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including the development and implementation of best practice executive talent attraction strategies. The role also involves championing continuous process improvement, leading partnership with TA leaders, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of related experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a people leadership role. Strategic leadership, a results-driven approach, and a collaborative influence are key differentiators for this position. The Executive Director will be expected to establish the executive recruitment team as domain experts, build and lead a high-performing team, and work in close collaboration with HR and business leaders to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
