Known for its refined artistry, hand-crafted soba, and intimate omakase experience, this concept has become a destination for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts. As we prepare for expansion, we are seeking an Executive Chef to take the helm and bring this vision forward.

About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to lead your own program with full creative autonomy; from menu design to sourcing to shaping the overall guest experience. You’ll inherit a respected, established brand in Dallas while also helping to position it for national recognition and expansion.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct and elevate a Japanese fine dining program with complete ownership of the culinary vision.
• Craft seasonal menus that honor tradition while embracing innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a highly skilled culinary team.
• Establish and oversee vendor relationships to secure the highest quality ingredients.
• Drive the launch and success of our expansion, setting the foundation for future growth.

Requirements

• Annual compensation $200,000 , commensurate with experience.
• Full creative freedom to run and shape your program.
• Long-term growth opportunities as we expand into Los Angeles and beyond.

• Michelin-level training or experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant is strongly preferred.
