Little Ray Media is a New York–based production company dedicated to financing, developing, and producing premium content that amplifies women’s stories and empowers female storytellers. Founded in 2022, LRM’s first projects include  Bad Genius (Hulu, 2025) and  Charlie Harper (TIFF 2025). 

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder & CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and can juggle everything from scheduling and travel to script coverage. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn every side of the entertainment business — development, production, and the operations of a growing media company.

Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and handling correspondence.

· Assist with project management across film/TV development, production, and company initiatives.

· Coordinate with external partners, talent representatives, and collaborators.

· Conduct research and prepare materials as needed for meetings, pitches, and production.

· Support on-set production needs when applicable.

· Help maintain company organization systems and ensure deadlines are tracked.

· Occasionally assist with personal scheduling/logistics.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, or project management role is preferred (entertainment, media, or agency experience a plus).

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Comfortable balancing creative and administrative work.

· Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

· A passion for film, TV, and storytelling — especially women’s stories — is essential.
