We are seeking a confident, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-touch support to our Founder & CEO.
This individual will serve as an invaluable and integral member of the Office of the CEO. In line with our value of "Simpler is Better," this role is about creating efficiency and clarity for our CEO, seamlessly managing an intense and ever-evolving calendar, stakeholder relationships, and global commitments. This high-trust partnership is crucial to enabling our CEO to leverage their time in the most efficient way possible.

Pay Grade - L Equity Grade - 6 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.) Base pay range per year: $160,000 - $210,000 Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
