Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to assist in the successful execution of various events. The ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As part of our event team, you will help create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up event spaces, including staging, seating, and decorations. Ensure all equipment is properly dismantled and stored after the event.
• Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests with any inquiries, providing excellent customer service throughout the event.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages as required, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Monitoring Event Activities: Observe and report any issues or concerns during events, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with event managers, vendors, and other staff to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness throughout the event, including post-event cleanup.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in event management or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
