We are searching for a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as choosing venues, approving menus, developing seating plans, and evaluating success afterwards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to determine event objectives and requirements
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with client preferences and goals
• Create detailed event timelines and budgets, and manage all planning logistics
• Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers to secure services and materials within budget
• Coordinate event setup, including arranging seating, audiovisual equipment, and decorations
• Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts to ensure maximum attendance and exposure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations is preferred.
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Outstanding vendor management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
