Job Description

This is an on-site position. There may be flexibility for hybrid (3 days onsite minimum) after the successful completion of the onboarding period. We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to enhance the internal usage, functionality, and user adoption of NetSuite within our organization. This role will focus on training internal teams, optimizing system processes, and ensuring the effective utilization of NetSuite across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NetSuite customization, process automation, and internal user training to drive system efficiency and support business growth. This role also will work closely with the Salesforce team for alignment with customer order management and associated connecting master data. System Optimization: Analyze current NetSuite setup and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Process Improvement: Work closely with various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations) to customize NetSuite processes that align with business objectives and streamline operations Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of new features or system enhancements across systems (primarily Salesforce) Ticket Management : Provide application users with technical support and track issues through resolution (i.e., troubleshooting issues, replicating bugs, resolving simple requests) and escalating as necessary to 3rd party NetSuite consultants Troubleshooting : Customer reported issues to determine if anomalies are occurring and where (utilizing Sandbox environment and live environment) Master Data : Ensure data integrity, perform data entry, data management Project Management: Lead or assist with NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, process enhancements and Salesforce modifications as well as act as the Full Swing primary point of contact for 3rd party NetSuite consultants Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Requirements Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelors Degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant NetSuite experience, ideally within a high-growth business Familiarity with Accounting/Finance (close process, inventory/COGS) Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ Works well in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work with little to no oversight, has initiative and confidence to complete tasks from start to finish Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
