Responsibilities of the Environmental Professional role will include:

Perform and Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E-1527-21
Perform records review, site reconnaissance to identify RECs, ASTM Non-scope items, BERs at the property.
Perform interviews and investigate regulatory listings
Identify and evaluate for environmental compliance
Coordinate and manage tasks associated with the implementation of research and field activities and report preparation.
Develop conclusions and recommendations for further action.
Interpret information and analytical data.
Prepare technical reports for submittal to clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related science field required.
Five or more years’ experience performing Phase I ESAs
Must meet the definition of an Environmental Professional as set forth in 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b)
Experience preparing equity purchase Phase I ESA’s.
Experience preparing Lender Phase I ESA’s.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Resourcefulness and initiative.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
Ability to multitask.
Strong work ethic.
Willingness to perform a variety of assignments on short notice
