Overview Entry Level Executive Assistant | Executive Assistant [COC0012011] is a full-time, exempt contract position supporting Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions in CONUS (Charlotte, NC) and the Mid Atlantic region. The role is a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services engagement for City of Charlotte (COC) and related clients, with potential to convert to a full-time W-2 position. Responsibilities and Duties Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Handle correspondence, filing, and records management. Support procurement and basic office supply ordering. Qualifications 2–3 years of administrative experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred. Skills Required Organizational skills, multitasking, customer service orientation. Attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork. Ancillary Details Of The Roles May assist with data reporting and analysis. Position can serve as a bridge to coordinator roles. Other Details Works closely with department heads to meet operational needs.
