Location: Detroit, MI (This is an in-office position, requiring daily attendance at our Detroit office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $52,360 - $58,470 per year Entry Level Communications Specialist Overview: As an Entry Level Communications Specialist at Seronda Networks, you'll help drive our communication strategies by creating compelling content and ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand's goals. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with senior team members while growing your career in the communications field. Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing content for internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, emails, and social media.
• Support the development of communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and company announcements.
• Monitor industry trends and media coverage to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional efforts.
• Assist in organizing and executing company events and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., social media, content management systems).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Prior experience or internships in communications or PR is a plus, but not required.
