Want to step into a people leadership and hands on Engineering Manager role?
You will be an Engineering Manager to lead two small teams building internal platforms and cloud-native applications, including a portfolio analytics system used directly by executive leadership and a managed services platform powering HPC, AI/ML, and developer workflows.
This firm is a fast-growing Multi strategy investment firm with 10+ portfolio companies. They provide centralized services like digital transformation and infrastructure management. At the moment, they are shifting to more of a platform company while building a state-of-the-art HPC data center.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and infrastructure—you will be solving hard problems, mentoring engineers, and working cross-functionally with finance, data, and cloud teams. You'll work closely with the SVP of Engineering and other senior leaders to shape the roadmap.
Tech stack includes React, TypeScript, Python, Go, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and Backstage.
Location: Dallas, 5 days/week onsite.
Starting salary will be in the range of $175-225k + Bonus which could be as high as $70k
