Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as an Encompass LOS Support Specialist. This role is focused exclusively on supporting and optimizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) across our mortgage operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Encompass and a strong understanding of the loan origination process, preferably with a background as a Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for Encompass LOS, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user assistance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system workflows and ensure alignment with business needs.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Encompass functionality and best practices.

Assist in onboarding and training new users on Encompass features and processes.

Identify opportunities for system improvements and work with technical teams to implement enhancements.

Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

Familiarity with Encompass SDK, custom input forms, and business rules.

Experience supporting mortgage operations teams and working with LOS administrators.
Mandatory experience with the Encompass LOS.
Prior experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar mortgage origination role is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of mortgage processes and compliance requirements.
