Primary Services is actively recruiting for an Email Marketing Coordinator-Entry Level Degree to support our leading client in the energy sector. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early career marketer who wants to build experience across digital campaigns, brand communications, and customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities

  • Write and edit marketing content for email, web, and internal platforms.
  • Assist with the design, execution, and performance tracking of email campaigns.
  • Support promotional content development for residential sales efforts.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and provide insights to internal teams.
  • Monitor messaging across the customer lifecycle to maintain brand consistency.
  • Track ROI metrics for email and digital marketing efforts.
  • Help manage content calendars and respond to customer inquiries on social platforms.
  • Promote company offerings during special campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver value-added services.
  • Proofread and revise communications for accuracy and tone.
  • Work with the call center to deliver sales support tools and content.
  • Research competitive activity and marketing trends to inform campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related internship preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and content platforms such as WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Solid writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to social media marketing strategies and tools.
