Hiring Electrical Assemblers!

$20-27/hr - 7:00am-3:30pm M-F

Job Description
  • Assemble mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in a specific area of a production for various housings, control panels, and automation controls.
  • This role involves reading basic prints to assemble parts, which includes using drills, tweezers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and other basic hand tools.

Responsibilities
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun.
  • Perform soldering, which involves joining two or more metal items by melting and flowing a filler metal (solder) into the joint.
  • Maintain inventory of products in workstations.
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
  • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Skills/Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of electrical assembly experience may be required.
  • Basic blueprint reading skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems and think creatively.
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
