Hammer Made (hammermade.com) is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Ecommerce Manager to take our online experience to the next level. If you’re obsessed with conversions, love a clean, functional site, and know your way around Shopify, keep reading!

This is a work in office opportunity (Eden Prairie) with flexibility to WFH from time to time.

• Collection Curator – You’ll be the architect behind our store collections, showcasing our limited-edition, luxury menswear in ways that catch eyes and close sales.
• Launch Mastermind – From new product drops to seasonal releases, you’ll plan and execute launches that get our customers excited and ready to shop.
• UX Wizard – You'll have an eye for site design and user experience, ensuring our online store looks amazing and flows seamlessly.
• Shopify Guru – You’ll live and breathe in Shopify, managing everything from theme adjustments to inventory and product updates. A little bit of coding knowledge is a big plus but if not, you know how to communicate changes to a developer.
• Reporting and analytics - Generating reports and understanding key metrics to make informed decisions to improve the product mix and overall site.
• Team Player – Work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to ensure our website is optimized, on-brand, and ready to scale.

• Shopify Experience – You’ve spent time in Shopify (maybe you dream in Liquid code?), and you can navigate the backend with ease.
• Design & UX Savvy – You have a good eye for what looks good and, more importantly, what sells .
• Detail-Oriented – You notice the little things that others might miss. Typos, broken links, and clunky user flows don't stand a chance with you on board.
• Proactive & Fun Attitude – We’re a small, energetic team. We want someone who takes initiative and brings good vibes along with strong ecommerce skills.
