Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Quality Cleaning Center in Winchester, VA. Duties include helping welcome customers to the store, receive and process their garments, and complete financial transactions. Experience with handling financial transactions and face-to-face customer service is beneficial. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, has an outgoing professional personality, and a high attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help customers when dropping off and picking up items in person and over the phone.
• Check-in and examine incoming orders.
• Assemble, perform quality checks and package finished orders to meet deadlines and special requests.
• General tasks to maintain clean store appearance.
• Support other duties as assigned.

• Ability to multitask
• Basic computer or point-of-sale experience
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Have past experience in customer service
• Consistently on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full time Monday - Friday 8-5

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
