Job Title: Document Custodian Vault Analyst

Location: Buffalo, New York

Employment Type: Entry Level

We are seeking an Entry-Level Document Custodian Vault Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain customer documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filing and scanning newly created customer folders.
• Organizing and placing folders on designated shelving.
• Ensuring compliance with document handling and security protocols.
• Supporting vault operations and assisting with audits as needed.

• Education/Experience relevant to Document Custodian Vault Analyst role.
• Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
• Background check completed (mandatory).
• No conflicts of interest or personal relationships with individuals at M&T.

• Prior experience in document management or vault operations.
• Familiarity with scanning systems and filing procedures.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
