Compensation Range: $23/hr - $25/hr commensurate with experience Overview: The Back of House & Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring all incoming online orders as well as delivery orders are managed and distributed efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has advanced technological skills. The manager also works side by side with the dispensary management team to communicate inventory needs and reviews data as it relates to delivery/online orders and overall goals.
Responsibilities: - This role requires attention to detail and basic knowledge of NYC transit/directions
- The manager will also use geographical software to help efficiently dispatch their team to their respective drop-off locations
- This position oversees and manages the entire BOH team as well as BOH operations
- They are responsible for accurate order fulfillment (pick-up and delivery), defining delivery zones, and effectively routing incoming orders.
- The manager should trouble-shoot and resolve system errors.
- They must also work to resolve customer service issues within 24 hours.
- In addition to the above, the manager will partner with the dispensary management to review business plans daily and discuss opportunities to reach established goals.
- Opening and Closing of the dispensary will be required as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Specialized certificate/training preferred (in cannabis and/or related tech).
