Digital Merchandise Product Coordinator
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California 

Duration: 2 months

Pay Rate:  Up to $23/hr DOE


The Planet Group's well known beauty client is looking for a Digital Merchandise Product Coordinator for a 2-month contract opportunity that is hybrid in San Francisco, California!



Digital Merchandise Product Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist the digital merchandising team and brands in the rollout of product/content management tool, including brand/product SKU set up and maintenance


• Support .com merchants with set up and updates for new and existing brands & products


• Assist .com merchants and brands in timely execution of all product launch deadlines and any product page maintenance needs


• Work with brands to efficiently upload product content in the tool


• Ensure completion and accuracy of all new / updated elements


• Assist with QA to confirm optimized client experience for brand and product pages

Digital Merchandise Product Coordinator  Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years retail distribution and/or e-commerce experience


• E-Commerce and/or Direct-to-Consumer experience strongly preferred


• High level of initiative, able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Very proficient with Excel and Word
