You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion through data-informed digital tactics.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital platforms, understands campaign analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Assist in the planning and deployment of digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand and deliver high-performing digital ad assets.

2. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Manage segmented email lists and support ongoing optimization of tagging and audience targeting.
  • Build, test, and schedule email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar.
  • Support automation workflows including lead nurturing sequences, cart abandonment flows, and event reminders.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign conversions; suggest improvements based on insights.

3. Content Distribution & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in developing performance-driven landing pages and promotional content.
  • Update website content to align with campaigns and SEO strategy.
  • Use Google Analytics, GA4, and UTM tracking to evaluate traffic sources and user behavior.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reports for digital performance insights.

4 . Webinars, Virtual Events, and Lead Capture

  • Assist in setting up Zoom webinars and integration with landing pages or lead forms.
  • Promote events through email, paid ads, and organic content.
  • Manage event follow-up campaigns and measure attendance-to-conversion metrics.

5 . Creative & Collateral Support

  • Support the creation of digital marketing materials including banners, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Maintain creative asset libraries, ensuring timely updates and repurposing for new campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital assets meet brand and performance standards.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance campaign support.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of basic SEO, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with email automation tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Elementor).
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and performance campaign tagging.
  • Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Remote-friendly with flexible collaboration across time zones.
  • Full-time role, Monday–Friday; occasional weekend/evening work for campaigns or events.
  • Performance-focused team with emphasis on creative autonomy and measurable outcomes.
