Job Summary :

OneStaff Medical is looking for a well-rounded DevOps Engineer to join our Software Development team managing our systems infrastructure and software development process. You will work in a fast-paced environment, building and maintaining DevOps tools and platforms. You’ll work with our amazing development and operations team to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools, automate deployment process, create and provide documentation, monitor and manage the various DevOps platforms, integrate security measures that are unique to the OneStaff Medical Software Development team!

OneStaff Medical connects healthcare facilities with talented medical staff throughout the country, and you’ll be part of the pivotal point connecting talent with our dedicated recruiting staff via our website and DevOps process. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and truly rises to the challenges that come with a custom system while maintaining high integrity and standards in their Development Operational design & process. This is a full-time position in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, implement and maintain builds, testing & deployments using CI/CD pipelines and ensure code changes are properly integrated and delivered frequently.
• Use laC tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation to provision and manage the infrastructure through code.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency using Jenkins tool.
• Deploy and manage cloud services and infrastructure on platforms like AWS.
• Manage and Optimize cloud resource usage and costs without compromising security.
• Monitor and logging to track application and infrastructure performance.
• Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.
• Implement best practices within the DevOps with high security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation, infrastructure and system issues in real time.
• Monitor and manage Production, Test & Development environments responding to incidents and ensuring high availability.
• Work collaboratively well with Development, Operations and QA teams.
• Proactively identify & report issues, monitor & mitigate the technical risks.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve system performance and reduce operations cost.

Implement and maintain backup solutions, review system performance metrics and ensure all systems are correctly configured.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or any equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Terraforms, Atlassian Suite, AWS and other non-traditional platform, and etc.;
• Experience managing and working with Windows, Linux and MacOS.
• Experience with scripting on multiple OS platforms.
• Experience with version control tools, cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, ( laC ) etc.;
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, tools and processes in a fast-paced DevOps environment.
• Attention to detail.
