Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong interior and exterior design background and will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead team and conduct client meetings
- Design and Manage Projects
- Act as point of contact with Clients
- Space Planning
- Strong familiarity with construction document production and detailing
- Construction administration
- Meeting with clients/vendors
- Candidate must be capable of contributing to all phases of design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture and 3 - 6 years related experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
- Must have knowledge of NYC Code and Zoning regulations
