Insight Global is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our general dentistry practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

• Greet patients as they arrive and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process patient billing and insurance claims.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and professional.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Compensation:

$20 to $30 per hour.
