Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mattress Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves driving a large box truck, safely transporting, and delivering mattresses, and providing friendly, professional service to customers. Hours will be 30+ per week with occasional supplement in the warehouse working on production of mattresses.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and deliver mattresses to homes

Lift, carry, and maneuver bulky mattresses safely up to 170Lbs with a partner

Operate a box truck safely and follow all traffic laws and company guidelines.

Communicate with scheduler and customers to coordinate smooth deliveries.

Accept payments upon delivery using a mobile credit card system.

Deliver a positive customer experience with each interaction.

Perform routine inspections of the delivery truck to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:

Dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Experience driving box trucks (16–26 ft preferred).

Physically able to lift and carry heavy items throughout the day.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

DOT medical card

Preferred:

Experience with furniture or mattress delivery.

Comfortable with smartphones or mobile payment apps.
