We are seeking professional, detailed, and customer service oriented individuals for Data Entry (Tax) for the 2026 tax season. These positions are Seasonal and will be from January 6, 2026 – April 2026.
Job Description Data Entry (Tax):
- Input all financial documentation into proprietary tax software
- Interview clients to confirm accuracy of information
- Provide off-line support to office staff and tax preparers
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy
- Paid Training Included
- Answer calls in a fast paced tax office environment
- Set customer expectations while providing exceptional customer service
- Provide client correspondence via telephone, mail, email and fax
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy
Wednesdays and Sundays between February 1, 2026 - April 12, 2026 are a MUST Data Entry (Tax) Qualifications
- Experience with Ultra Tax software (A Plus)
- One year experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax Preparation environment (A Plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively financial information to clients and staff
- Minimum of 40 WPM preferred
- Computer Proficiency (basic computer skills)
- Previous Data Entry experiences a plus!
