About the Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our databases with precision. Your role is critical in ensuring that our data is accurate, accessible, and secure, supporting the team in delivering creative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Prepare and generate reports as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
Perform routine quality checks on stored information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry is a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
