Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires efficiency, precision, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain existing data records as needed.
• Organize and manage files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Generate reports from the entered data as requested.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
