As a Data Engineer on our Technology team, you’ll help build and support the data foundation that keeps Holistic running. You’ll design and improve how we capture information, connect with external systems, and make sure our data is clean, reliable, and easy to use. Your work will help teams across the company make smarter decisions, solve problems faster, and keep things running efficiently.

Your Impact:

  • Work with Ops and BI teams to build and improve data capture processes.

  • Create and maintain ETL pipelines that move data smoothly between systems.

  • Integrate external platforms through secure APIs and keep data in sync.

  • Build and tune Postgres databases to keep performance strong and data clean.

  • Turn business needs into clear analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Look for ways to make our data processes faster, more reliable, and easier to scale.

  • Keep documentation organized so the team can easily follow systems and integrations.

Your Strengths:

  • Tech background with at least 3 years working in software or data engineering.

  • Solid Postgres skills — building tables, writing queries, and keeping things running smoothly.

  • Comfortable working in AWS (RDS, Redshift, Glue/Athena, S3, Lambda/ECS) and building/maintaining ETL pipelines.

  • Experience integrating external systems through APIs and developing backend services (bonus points if you’ve worked with .NET)

  • A collaborative mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
