Customer Service Representative (Spanish-Speaking) – Remote (U.S.)

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team serving the Latino community. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving needs, and maintaining strong knowledge of our products and services.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer communications by answering calls and emails to address questions, requests, and issues.

  • Advise customers on how to effectively leverage products or services based on their specific needs.

  • Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge, acting as a subject-matter expert to ensure accurate, current, and strategic information is provided.

  • Track and document customer interactions in the CRM system to support cross-functional collaboration and long-term relationship development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Must reside within the United States.

  • Fluent in Spanish(required) ; English is not required but is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service, support, or customer success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Willingness to receive training and specialize.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar las comunicaciones entrantes de los clientes, respondiendo llamadas y correos electrónicos para atender preguntas, solicitudes e incidencias.

  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre cómo aprovechar de manera efectiva el producto o servicio según sus necesidades específicas.

  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y servicios, actuando como experto para garantizar información precisa, actualizada y estratégica.

  • Registrar y documentar las interacciones en el sistema CRM para apoyar la colaboración entre equipos y el desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura (Bachelor’s degree) o experiencia equivalente.

  • Documentación legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos.

  • Residir dentro de Estados Unidos.

  • Dominio del idioma español; el inglés no es obligatorio, pero es un plus.

  • De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente, soporte o éxito del cliente.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

  • Capacidad para manejar quejas y resolver situaciones con soluciones efectivas y una actitud positiva.

  • Pasión por brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional y superar expectativas.

  • Buen manejo del tiempo y habilidades de priorización.

  • Familiaridad con sistemas CRM.

  • Disposición para recibir entrenamiento y especializarse.
