Customer service / Dispatcher - Full time
We provide quality moving services throughout the Tri-State area with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Due to our thriving business, we are currently hiring customer service / Dispatcher to accommodate our growth.
Customer service / Dispatcher Needed
We are currently looking for a soft spoken hardworking, experienced and responsible professional to help us provide Top Notch Customer Service to our loyal customers. We are looking for trained personal that are skilled in data entry, properly identifying customer concerns and processing and issues, assigning and conforming crews, clocking in and out the truck crews all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Hourly + Commission + Benefits
We pay Hourly + Commission which are paid Monthly. We also provide daily incentive bonuses and spiffs which all staff qualify for. Holiday Bonuses are given out at our annual Holiday Party and Award Ceremony.
Customer Service / Dispatcher : $17 - $21 per hour + Commission points
• Must be able to type 50 words per minute
• Must be formulary with excel + word
• Must be able to work under pressure
