Counterintelligence Requirements Officer
Key Role:

Provide counterintelligence ( CI ) program management support to senior CI operations leadership and provide operational and production direction and guidance to divisions. Provide CI input and CI technical expertise, support, and maintenance to approximately 12 internal databases. Perform CI collection and production responsibilities. Publish approximately 100 Intelligence Information Reports ( IIRs ) per year in collaboration with teammates. Use IT systems to task and track office-level requirements. Maintain the office file plan and sof tcopy office library. Coordinate and collaborate across all levels of the management chain and with external customers. Maintain oversight of approximately 16 office SOPs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience with CI
  • \n
  • Experience with foundational defensive CI, including c ond ucting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness
  • \n
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • \n
  • Bachelor's degree
  • \n
  • Graduate of a Federal or DoD CI Training Academy
  • \n

  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
