We are seeking a mechanically inclined and customer-focused Copier Service Technician to join our team in Austin.  D irect experience with Ricoh or Toshiba hardware is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on Ricoh and Toshiba copiers/printers at client locations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine cleanings and part replacements (rollers, drums, fusers) to ensure equipment uptime.
• Network Integration: Connect devices to client networks, configure "scan-to-email/folder" functions, and install print drivers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized trunk stock of common spare parts and manage service call documentation via a mobile dispatch system.
• Customer Service: Provide basic user training on device features and maintain a professional demeanor while working in diverse office environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Experience: Prior experience servicing Ricoh or Toshiba equipment is highly preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school or military electronics training is a plus.
