Job Description Responsibilities/Duties - Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities
- Advise on best practices specific to areas of expertise to drive business decisions
- Support strategy development that will advance client relationships and industry expertise
- Create and expand Catalyst HRE's footprint and build positive top of mind awareness
- Provide ongoing progress updates on industry and market updates, activities and other key indicators to the Vice President
- Experience in the following areas:
- Musculoskeletal service line strategies
- Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainer Certification strategies,
- Ambulatory strategies (ASC's, Imaging, etc),
- Orthopedic service line experience,
- Understanding of payer relationships,
- Community outreach, and
- Business development and fundraising efforts.
- Assess relevant practices and provide insight for improvement based on industry standards and trends
- Prepare business plans for organizations to implement
- Write detailed reports and monitor improvement
- Write white papers based on research
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Personal Characteristics: - Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to identify issues and facilitate appropriate action plans;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Self-motivated and self-directed;
- Organized and efficient; and
- Ability to work cross functionally within Catalyst platform.
Other Requirements - Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in orthopedic and/or musculoskeletal service line
- Master's Degree or relevant experience preferred healthcare with expertise in consulting, business development, and/or client relationship management
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the consulting process
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty
