Important note

This is an in-person role in Phoenix, AZ; Brownsville, TX or Nassau, The Bahamas.

• Delivering conventional lectures or following rigid curricula that stifle creativity and individualized learning
• Serving as a passive classroom assistant or traditional tutor focused solely on academic content
• Maintaining the status quo of education that overlooks personal development and student agency
• Restricting learning to outdated methodologies when technological innovation offers superior alternatives

Consultant Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to deliver on Alpha's promise: cultivate a limitless mindset in every student and create an environment where learning transcends conventional boundaries, directly impacting our ability to revolutionize education.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
• Exceptional public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and energize audiences
• Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8 students
• Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring children
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Commitment to work in-person at our Phoenix, Brownsville, or Nassau campus
• Availability to attend mandatory paid training at our Austin, TX headquarters

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
