Job Overview Concrete Constructors LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing crew in St. Louis. This is an excellent entry-level position with real growth opportunities for individuals eager to build a lasting career in the construction trades. As a General Laborer, you will support roofing and concrete crews on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring jobsites are safe, efficient, and ready for production.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in setting up and preparing job sites.
- Mix, pour, spread, and finish materials under supervision.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safe working conditions.
- Support skilled trades team members on roofing and concrete projects.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications - Valid driver's license (required).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the St. Louis area.
- At least 1 year of prior construction experience (preferred).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying heavy materials.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
