In this important front-desk role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff—providing exceptional customer service, efficient communication, and dependable support during both everyday operations and emergency situations.

Job Objective(s)
To provide a courteous and efficient reception service to residents, staff and visitors at the facility. To serve as central communication center during emergencies. To undertake appropriate administrative duties as delegated with approval from supervisor.

Environment
Works indoors in climate-controlled environment majority of time.
Working Hours
This role is hiring for a every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) need with potential for additional hours.
The Receptionist will be required to work holidays (on a holiday rotation schedule) meaning potential to be required to work beyond normal schedule.
