The candidate will be primarily responsible for financial modeling, producing high quality marketing materials and delivering detailed market analysis to secure debt and equity financing for commercial real estate developers, investors, and owners. This position will be full time in our Denver, CO office. The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Denver, CO is $68,000 - $78,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
