- Work Location: in the heart of McLean, Virginia - Private Home Care, As An Employee of our Agency
- Memory Care Experience a Plus - Alzheimer’s
- Hoyer Lift Experience Necessary

- Must be congenial and have a pleasant bedside manner with the ability to engage in conversation and activities
- Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Every Weekend
- $15 - $19 per hour. Hourly plus bonuses.
- Signing Bonus after the Probationary Period
- We Offer Zay Zoon Salary on-demand/next-day pay option each day of work or weekly
- Every Weekend Mandatory
- Full-Time hours available

- A Virginia-licensed Spanish and English-speaking CNA is a plus.
- MUST BE able to deliver VIP Concierge Level Home Health Care
- This is care delivery in the private homes of individual clients, you are not responsible for 7 - 14 patients/clients.
- Experience in an Assisted Living Memory Care Unit is a plus
- Must ALWAYS wear scrubs, mask, and badge during all working hours
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, and the candidate must be able to provide a valid CDC card
- Assist Clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Must deliver care and companionship as directed in the Care Plan and detailed in the shift task list.
- Position requires the ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
- Must have reliable personal transportation and have a valid Driver's License to arrive at multiple assignments in a timely fashion
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing in English
- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification and current TB Test (within last 2 years)
Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
