FEB is looking to add a Cloud Engineer who will support the banks cloud strategy by implementing, managing, and optimizing Azure-based solutions. This role works closely with the IT Manager/Cloud Architect to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud operations. Job Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure cloud resources (VMs, storage, networking, databases, etc.) using infrastructure?as?code practices and integrate with CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, automated, and reliable delivery. Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost. Implement security controls and compliance measures in Azure environments. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud?related issues. Assist in migrating on?premises workloads to Azure. Automate cloud operations using scripts and Azure tools. Document cloud architecture, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with IT staff and business stakeholders to support cloud initiatives. Stay current with Azure updates, features, and best practices. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for cloud systems. Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Hands?on experience with Azure cloud services and administration. Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.). Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments. Strong problem?solving and communication skills. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect preferred. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non?technical audiences. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast?paced, dynamic environment.
