Position Summary

As a representative for our company, you will be part of a telesales inbound/outbound calling team responsible for aggressively growing our customer base. You will answer inbound calls, provide top?notch customer service, generate and qualify leads through cold calling, produce activity reports, and manage leads by tracking, booking, and following up on them.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Aggressive self?starter and fast learner
  • General sales skills and aptitude
  • Good phone skills and customer service knowledge with strong follow?up skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional conduct at all times
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends

  • Excellent verbal and professional phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and energetic personality
  • Well organized and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of the home services industry and Service Titan is a plus
