The Prep Cook is responsible for the following but not limited to these takes only:
\n- Follow food safety procedures
\n- Prepare dough, sauces, cheese daily
\n- Ensure recipes are followed
\n- Drive cleanliness
\n- Train new hires in BOH functions
\n- Place orders and properly put away received inventory
\n- Support the kitchen including making and cutting pizzas
\n- Other duties as assigned
\n- Must be able to lift 25lbs
\n- Must be able to stand for a long period of time
\n- Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
