We're Hiring: Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFO/COO)

Location: Plano, Texas Full-time | Executive Leadership

Delasco, a leading provider of dermatology and esthetic supplies, is seeking a dynamic CFO/COO to join our executive team and lead financial strategy and core operations. This is a rare opportunity to drive impact across the entire business-from the bottom line to the production floor. In this dual role, you'll oversee Accounting, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution, Purchasing, and Customer Service . You'll partner closely with an experienced Entrepreneur and Executive Team and play a critical role in shaping company strategy, optimizing operations, and supporting sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead financial planning, reporting, cash flow, and compliance

1. Drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain

1. Improve systems, processes, and performance metrics company-wide

1. Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams

1. Serve as a strategic thought partner on growth, investment, and risk management

What We're Looking For:

1. 10+ years in finance/operations leadership roles (CPA or MBA preferred)

1. Proven success in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare or related industries

1. Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style

1. Proven ability to lead teams, scale infrastructure, and improve margins

1. Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action, results, and ownership
