About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFAO will be a key strategic partner, providing financial oversight and guidance to support the organization's mission and goals. This role is responsible for all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance, as well as managing the organization's investment portfolio. The successful candidate will also lead the budgeting process, ensure financial health, and maintain relationships with financial institutions and external auditors. Additionally, the CFAO will oversee risk management, IT/IS, awards management, and supply chain and general administration, and will be tasked with leading a global team to optimize performance and support the organization's strategy.
