About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial and Administrative Officer to join their mission-driven organization. Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer include collaborating with senior leadership to develop financial analyses and plans, overseeing the financial reporting and budgeting process, and monitoring budget progress. The role also involves preparing financial forecasts, providing P&L analyses, and being actively engaged in the review and drafting of contracts, as well as supporting fundraising and collaboration opportunities. The company is looking for a candidate with a background as a Controller or CFO in a private company, with some experience in the nonprofit sector, and who is ready to take on a leadership role where they can make a significant difference.
