About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee the efficient and effective delivery of a wide spectrum of medical services, with a focus on surgical care. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years' in a top administrative or management position in the health field, preferably within a hospital or surgical hospital setting. The successful candidate must have a good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively with physicians, employees, patients, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing a sales or marketing plan, identifying and developing new services, and promoting positive customer relations. The CEO will be expected to stay current in the healthcare environment and act in the best interest of the company, maintaining membership in professional associations relevant to ambulatory surgery facilities and healthcare administration.
