About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its well-capitalized manufacturing business through a phase of significant growth. The CEO will be responsible for the overall operations, including strategic and operational planning, general management, human resources, and financial stewardship. This role demands a culture-driven leader with a strong executive background, particularly in driving efficiency, LEAN manufacturing, and a focus on R&D for sustainable and environmentally friendly products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board and shareholders, maintaining the highest level of integrity, and will be tasked with expanding the company's market reach, product offerings, and industry presence. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in small to medium manufacturing facilities, with a proven track record of success in a job cost environment and multi-plant organization. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage change, and a background in building and leading successful executive teams are essential. The role also requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate and establish goals in line with the Board's direction, and a proactive approach to investor interaction. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and bilingual skills are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a history of growing a similar business and achieving set goals, with prior CEO or comparable experience being a plus.
